When you point your camera at anything inspiring – from a sunset to a street mural – we instantly extract a 5-color palette using adaptive clustering that you can save, organize, and share for your creative projects.

• Device information such as your device type, operating system version, and device identifier
• App usage analytics including how you interact with Comix, which features you use most frequently, and performance data
• Camera access: We only access your camera when you're actively using it to extract colors from the world around you. We never access your camera without your explicit permission.

When you edit hex values of your extracted colors, this information is saved as part of your palette so you can access and modify your creative work whenever you need it. We use your saved palettes only to provide the Comix service to you – we never use your personal color library for advertising purposes without your explicit consent.

Your personal color library is stored in your personal gallery within Comix, which you can browse and edit at any time. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your data is stored:

• Locally on your device by default, giving you direct control over your collection
• If you choose to enable cloud backup, we encrypt your data during transmission and storage
• We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide you with the Comix service and fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy

Comix includes analysis tools for harmony relationships across eight color schemes like complementary and analogous combinations. These calculations are typically performed on your device, and we don't send the data about your specific color combinations to our servers unless you explicitly enable cloud features.
